Top Search Strings

Inspired by Talk Talk China, I decided to check out what people search for to end up at this site. Using the excellent free stats tool StatCounter I can see the top keyword searches, and which sites most viewers come here from.

Here are some of the stranger search strings which have sent people my way recently:

• ChinesePod password (dodgy folks trying to get stuff for free)
• beautiful girl body (I guess from the post about body types)
• won't tell you their Chinese name
• world cup england players names (from the world cup footballers post)
• meaning of haagen-daaz (haha, an old one about ice-cream)
• intermediate Chinese, podcasts (must have found ChinesePod)
• Chinese characters on Lost season 1 (do they mean the Koreans?)

and the top 5 referring websites this month were:
